Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician will perform machine maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, and other technical issues on-site. The incumbent will work independently to handle on-site machine repairs, inspect malfunctioning or damaged product, and investigate and resolve customer reports.

Requirements

• High School diploma and completion of high school engineering program, Associates or Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline with one to three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience/training
• Experience working on CNC Equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Understanding of the machines' electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to debug
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask while adapting to shifting priorities
