Job Description
This Universal Banker position offers a proactive and consultative banking style with a focus on customer relationships and financial needs. Responsibilities include branch operations, client communication, sales goals, and handling service requests. The role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous professional level customer contact and service experience or minimum of two (2) years of prior working experience in a Banking environment
- Prior experience in handling and being accountable for money
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Understanding and working knowledge of appropriate core banking system
- Ability to successfully complete the Bank’s in-house Training Program
- Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with clients
