Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist is responsible for reconciling Internal DDA and General Ledger accounts, investigating discrepancies, and managing transactions accurately. This role involves handling remote branch captures, resolving inconsistencies, and supporting audits. The Specialist will follow established policy, interact with department personnel, and research data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Functional knowledge of Accounting/Finance concepts
• Capability to multi-task and be detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a remote environment
