Job Description
Founded in 1989, United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join their team. The role will oversee the operational backbone for UAIC's Legal, Claims, and HR functions, ensuring streamlined processes and effective collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years supporting legal operations, insurance defense, corporate legal, or litigation management
- Experience working closely with HR or managing people-operations activities
- Strong command of legal workflows (subpoenas, discovery, filings, BI timelines, property damage, PIP, etc.)
- Systems proficiency: case-management platforms, Excel/Power BI, HRIS/ATS familiarity
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills
- Insurance background strongly preferred (especially non-standard auto or Florida litigation)
