Technical Business Analyst - AS400 & Silverlake

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements and projects, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services
• Strong hands-on understanding of AS/400 (RPG/CL, DB2/400) and/or Silverlake Core Banking System
• Experience with core banking processes: Payments & Transfers, Loans & Lending, Deposits & CASA, Trade Finance (optional), Customer & Account Management
• Ability to prepare high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, data mapping)
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of DB2/400 file structures
