We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support major initiatives within a government environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, and a deep conviction in supporting the Government’s mission.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on large-scale or government-related projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and user engagement skills.
- Ability to think strategically while being able to deep-dive into details when required.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong conviction and alignment with the Government’s mission and service objectives.
- Experience in project management and running major projects is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work onsite and visit project sites when needed.
