Senior Business & Data Analyst for (AI Enablement)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Data Analyst to drive the successful enablement of an Artificial Intelligence Program.

Requirements

• Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches.
• Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness.
• Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Derive actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and AI model development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data readiness and integration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and innovative strategy for wholesale banking ( across Payments, Trade, Credit Management and Operational Productivity )
• Tools & Platforms: SAP, Oracle, SQL, Python, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Intelligence, FIRCOSOFT, ACTIMIZE, MOODY'S, CrewAI, Amplitude, Power BI
• Deliverables: Process Flow Diagrams and Maps, AI Readiness Assessments, Data Dictionaries and Analysis Reports, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Project Plans, Risk Logs, and Status Reports
