The Customer Portal Product Manager is responsible for owning, developing, and enhancing Unilode’s Customer Portal, ensuring it delivers real customer value, aligns with commercial and operational goals, and offers intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
Requirements
- Product management experience, ideally in a B2B or operational software environment.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong experience translating business needs into user stories and feature sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and managing multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or aviation industries is a plus.
