Job Description
Unilabs is seeking a Quality Officer to ensure robust quality and risk management frameworks. This role involves advising management, implementing quality policies, maintaining documentation systems, and escalating regulatory developments. The position reports to the Head of Quality and provides functional guidance to team leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in a relevant field, with specialization in quality management.
- Sound understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., INK model, PDCA cycle).
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Proficient in quality management software and documentation systems.
- Keeps up to date with trends and best practices in quality and risk management.
