Job Description
Unilabs is a large laboratory diagnostics collaboration partner in the Netherlands, processing over 10,000 blood tubes annually. They are seeking a Front Office Manager for their Biometrics & Imaging department. This role is responsible for the team's efficiency, a customer-oriented approach, and strategic collaboration with the Chief Operational Officer.
Requirements
- HBO/WO work and thinking level
- Completed Business Administration, Healthcare Management or similar education
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a management role
- Experience with biometrics and imaging (a plus)
- Strong communication and coaching leadership skills
- Solution orientation and flexibility
- Team leadership experience and people development
