Job Description
Repairs and maintains assigned buildings or compounds and equipment, supervises manpower, and ensures government building compliance. Reviews project plans and implements assigned projects. Manages facility BCPs and assists operations and projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Licensed Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineer
- 5-7 years of related work experience
- Knowledgeable in both Property and Project Management
- Experience in handling Pollution Control Officer duties
- Good customer service skills
