Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or Organization development
• Solid understanding of process improvement and change methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage
