Job Description
As a FINANCE RISK, CONTROLS AND POLICIES ASSISTANT MANAGER, you will perform various tasks related to segregation of duty conflicts review, risk management, process transformation, and business partnering. You will also lead risk assessment sessions, facilitate annual risk reporting, and develop risk management tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management-related field or Industrial Engineering courses
- At least 5-7 years of related work experience
- Trainings in Fundamentals of Operational Excellence, Governance, Internal Controls, Audit and Risk Management
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or equivalent operational excellence certification (i.e., CPA, PMP, etc.)
- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP
- Excellent business writing skills and basic knowledge of Philippine business regulations (e.g., taxation, compliance)
