Solution Engineer

Unifize is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure high-quality sales outcomes. This hands-on role combines product understanding with customer problem-solving, focusing on custom demos, technical solutions, and post-sale handoff. The ideal candidate will translate Unifize’s platform capabilities into effective solutions for potential customers.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in solution engineering, sales engineering, or technical product consulting
• Strong product intuition and ability to translate abstract business needs into product workflows
• Demonstrated experience with configuring software platforms and building tailored demos
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting B2B enterprise sales teams
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in parallel
