Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of quality and comfort for residents in luxury apartment communities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance
• Proficiency in general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification for HVAC work (preferred)
• Experience with luxury properties or high-end residential maintenance (a plus)
