Maintenance Supervisor

At Unified Residential Management, we're seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a multi-site maintenance supervisor, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and excellent leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Review and oversee site performance/ curb appeal, work order completion, and make-readies
• Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance supervisors
• Work closely with maintenance and construction to ensure efficient communication, follow through, and completion of tasks
• Inspect and maintain building systems by overseeing and assisting with periodic maintenance (heating, ventilation, etc.)
• Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Schedule and participate in special projects
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
