Maintenance Supervisor

Unified Residential Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and uphold property care standards and resident satisfaction in a luxury apartment community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification for HVAC work
• Experience in luxury residential properties preferred
• Associate's degree in facilities management or related field a plus
