We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The Finishing Lead will prepare surfaces, mix paint, and apply coatings to various industrial projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an industrial painter
- Previous experience as a lead
- Pass a tape measure test to ensure accurate measurements
- Pass a paint test to demonstrate proficiency in paint application
- Proficiency in surface preparation techniques and paint application methods
- Ability to mix paint accurately according to technical data sheet guidelines
- Understanding of gun functions and adjustments for achieving desired paint finishes
- Commitment to following safety standards and protocols at all times
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to identify and address defects in painted surfaces
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions
