Job Description
UNIFI Autism Care is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Care Delivery Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose and make a difference in children’s lives. This role offers hands-on experience working with patients, families, and RBTs, and a dynamic, relationship-centered environment within a team focused on the 'WHOLE LIFE' philosophy. The BCBA will be responsible for coaching and empowering RBTs and maintaining strong communication with various community members.
Requirements
- Obtain a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice (Mandated)
- Proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- CPR/BLS certification (with UNIFI covering the cost)
