Job Description
Uni Systems is seeking an HR Specialist (Wellbeing & Inclusion) to lead wellbeing and inclusion projects, manage communities, and develop communications materials. The role requires a high school certificate, 3+ years of experience in wellbeing and inclusion, and experience managing staff resource groups.
Requirements
- High school certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in wellbeing and inclusion
- At least 3 years experience in managing and empowering staff resource groups
- At least 3 years experience in coordinating, delivering and supporting wellbeing and inclusion projects
- Experience engaging with stakeholders of all levels
- Fast learner, organized, and proactive
- Self-motivated with a positive growth mindset
- Proficiency in English language at B2 level
- NATO Security Clearance
