The HR Associate, Career Development & Talent Mobility position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in all aspects of learning, leadership development, career development and talent mobility. The role reports to the Chief, Career Development and Talent Mobility Branch, based in NYC.

Requirements

• Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in human resources management, learning and development, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French and/or Spanish, is desirable.
