The UNFPA Tanzania Country Office is seeking a Local Consultant-Thematic Expert to conduct an evaluation of its 9th Country Programme 2022-27. The evaluation will cover four thematic areas: improving policies and accountability, strengthening capacities, empowering women and vulnerable groups, and strengthening national data systems. The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a methodologically robust evaluation and ensuring the integration of human rights and gender perspectives.
