Sr. Manager, Digital Merchandising

Under Armour is seeking a strategic and inspiring Sr. Manager, Digital Merchandising to oversee its site merchandising function across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on driving digital growth through a best-in-class site experience, aligning with product launches, and prioritizing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital retail and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, digital commerce.
• 4+ years of management experience, or equivalent experience as a subject matter lead.
• In-depth specialized knowledge of product merchandising development, eCommerce, planning & brand strategy processes.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Effective communication, verbal and written skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
