Executive Producer

Translation is a well-established independent agency and thriving music business looking for an Executive Producer to join their team. The role is based in Brooklyn, New York with four days in-office and one day remote. The Executive Producer will be responsible for all aspects of the production process, including management of other producers, internal teams, outside vendors and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production experience at a creative driven company
• Experience running accounts and/or managing key pieces of business through large campaign work where you were the client facing production lead
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility, agility, and a good sense of humor
• Well versed in managing budgets and deadlines of all types with accuracy and diplomacy
• Superb problem solving, organizational, and communications skills
• Demonstrate, evangelize and live the core values of the agency
• Incorporate the passion, excitement and experience of one’s MINOR in relevant ways that inform the quality and output of the company
