Cyber Resilience Manager

Umicore is seeking a Cyber Resilience Manager - IT & OT continuity to lead efforts in ensuring continuity, security, and resilience of IT and OT environments. This role focuses on safeguarding the business against disruptions, cyber threats, and operational downtime, requiring the development and execution of robust continuity strategies. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance resilience and drive adoption of technological solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/OT continuity, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity roles
• Proven track record in project management within global or international organizations
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Deep understanding of information technologies (infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments)
