Job Description
The Patient Sitter is responsible for continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients through a non-recording video monitoring system. Daily assignments may include observing potentially life threatening risk behaviors, monitoring patient environment for safety hazards, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills; Basic Microsoft Office skills necessary
- Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet competing deadlines
- Ability to extend and maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with patients
