Job Description
Umbra is seeking a dedicated Senior Cloud Security Engineer to lead the implementation of robust security measures across their cloud-based infrastructure. The role involves designing and deploying security controls, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, and championing a security-minded culture. The position is flexible, offering opportunities in either Arlington or Santa Barbara/Goleta, CA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud security, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, AWS.
- Experience with IAM, encryption, and threat detection.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container security.
