The Medicaid Eligibility Consultant II will assist in developing contracts with state agencies, performing research related to Medicaid eligibility and program integrity, contributing to program and project expansion plans, and supporting system development and client support. They should be a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and expertise in Medicaid regulations.
Requirements
- Conduct complex analysis to support Medicaid eligibility and program integrity projects
- Perform research & development analysis relevant to Medicaid eligibility and revenue management projects
- Contribute to the development of program and project expansion plans
- Provide on-site support to senior staff during client visits
- Assist with the development of agreements between public entities and the University
- Participate in the development of Medicaid systems
- Attend business and system design sessions
- Review and approve business system design requirements
- Attend meetings with stakeholders and conduct project planning
- Review and resolve system defects
- Research, develop, and prepare work and implementation plans
