Job Description
Ultimate Autographs, a sports memorabilia company, is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our team in our Burr Ridge, IL office.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience – B2C experience also preferred
- 3+ years in sales management/leadership.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience managing multiple business divisions in small startup event environments, including leading teams of 20+ people.
- Experience in sports, events, live entertainment, live sales, influencer sales, or collectibles industries preferred.
- Strong proficiency in sales reporting, scorecards and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
