Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting and compliance functions for multiple German legal entities, preparing financial statements, and managing a team of professional staff.
Requirements
- Oversee general ledger accounting functions
- Lead month-end close deliverables and timeline
- Manage financial reporting
- Perform and review accounting and internal controls (SOX) activities
- Prepare and file statutory financial statements complying with HGB
- Manage responsibilities of accounting staff
