Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field
- 6 to 10 years of overall experience
- 5+ years relevant WFM experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications
- WFM Domain knowledge
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, implementing, and configuring UKG/similar WFM products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to map customer requirements against a techno-functional solution
