SALES EXECUTIVE

At UKG, we're seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Strategic Development Manager to sell HRMS/Payroll solutions to mid-market organizations. As a sales rep, you'll have access to award-winning products, seasoned support teams, and a company culture that breeds success. You'll consistently exceed sales quotas, develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, and present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Incredibly organized
• Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
