Job Description
UJET is seeking a Partner Program Manager to join their Partnership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a scalable partner program, leading communication strategy, and ensuring the partner ecosystem remains informed and engaged.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Partner Operations, Program Management, or Field Marketing
- Strong proficiency with Generative AI tools and knowledge management tools
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes
- Ability to create decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials
- Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations)
- Ability to work cross-functionally to reduce dependencies on shared resources
