Job Description
Bowhead is seeking a Program Manager for the upcoming Army Data and Analytics Platform (ARDAP) effort at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role involves managing subject matter experts, IT professionals, and advising executive personnel on financial and technical policy areas. Responsibilities include fiscal and operational management, seeking external funding, providing technical guidance, and communicating to high-level personnel.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in addition to ten (10+) years’ of experience
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to hold a US Secret clearance
- US Citizenship is required for Secret clearance
