The University of Monterrey is seeking a Call Center Executive to achieve the institutional goal through the promotion and sale of services offered by DICIAP, generating enrollments for assigned programs.
Requirements
- Follow up on interested parties generated by digital campaigns and similar audience leads within 24 hours
- Achieve the opening of courses and diplomas to impact on the goals set by the Commercialization Department through the sale of open programs and other UDEM services
- Sensitize the needs of interested parties about their reasons for interest or rejection
