Ubisoft is seeking a Governance HR Manager to implement and maintain their new Career Framework, including a job catalogue, career paths, and grading structure. The successful candidate will work with HR teams, business teams, and IT to ensure the framework meets the organization's needs.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Human Resources in an enterprise or consulting context, in an international setting
• Experience working on job reference framework topics, including grading
• Project management skills, including coordination and communication with multiple entities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of job reference framework and grading methodologies
• Proactive and solution-oriented spirit
• Strong analytical skills and data-oriented spirit
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint mastery
• English language mastery
• Ability to work autonomously
