Game Data Analyst (F/H/NB) - The Crew Motorfest

Ubisoft is seeking a Game Data Analyst to join their team at Ubisoft Ivory Tower, working on The Crew Motorfest game. The successful candidate will transform data into actionable insights to support the global performance of the brand and project tracking throughout the various phases of development.

Requirements

• Bring data to life: create and maintain clear and useful dashboards, produce BI reports that facilitate decision-making
• Be a partner to the teams: accompany the development, finance, marketing and producing teams to transform their needs into concrete solutions
• Share and convince: present your analyses (emails, PowerPoint presentations, Power BI, newsletters) and formulate recommendations while accompanying the teams with pedagogy
• Improve performance: optimize queries and pipelines for rapid and robust analysis, and automate processes to gain efficiency and reliability
• Work in a team: collaborate with a cross-functional team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists
• Imagine tomorrow's tracking: design tracking plans in liaison with the production teams, including Designers, User Researchers and Gameplay Programmers
• Place data at the heart of decision-making: participate in the evangelization of data to serve decision-making processes, being user-centered, ensure relevant analyses in collaboration with subject matter experts to guarantee maximum impact
