Delivery Manager

UBDS Group is looking for a Delivery Manager to join their established Delivery team. The role involves leading complex technology programmes, working across multiple teams and suppliers, and ensuring delivery stays focused on outcomes rather than just plans.

Requirements

• Lead and manage technology-focused projects and client engagements end to end.
• Define delivery outcomes, success criteria, scope, milestones and delivery plans aligned to business goals.
• Apply suitable delivery and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid), tailoring them to the engagement.
• Manage delivery to time and budget, including fixed-price engagements.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and changes in scope, proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to delivery teams, creating clarity and confidence throughout delivery.
