Job Description
U Value Insulation Group is an established international company seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and protecting margin in a fast-moving, project-driven industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a supply chain leadership role
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS) advantageous
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical and forecasting capability
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
