Requirements
- 10+ years in engineering leadership roles
- 5+ years leading engineering teams of 30+ engineers
- Proven track record scaling engineering organizations
- Experience developing engineering managers and leaders
- Demonstrated success implementing engineering metrics, SLAs, and operational excellence practices
