Job Description
This U.S. Engineering position assists Project Managers with various project functions, including on-site construction activities. Responsibilities include drafting RFIs, reviewing submittals, assisting in budget control, managing projects, and managing procurement. The role requires proactive problem solving and fostering client relationships.
Requirements
- Draft RFIs and Proposal Letters
- Review submittals and specifications
- Assist in documentation and budget control
- Attend project meetings and perform cost coding
- Assist Project Manager in client relationship management
- Develop and monitor schedule
- Maintain procurement and correspondence logs
- Manage scope of work for various projects
- Provide cost coding services
- Support value engineering and cost-effectiveness
