Treasury Management & Payments Consultant

Treasury Management & Payments Consultant at U.S. Bank, responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining new Payment business. The role involves providing consultative advice to clients on cash conversion cycle, working capital management, and internal processes. The candidate will also work on building relationships with existing clients, expanding existing business, and providing product/service recommendations to create process efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of related experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Treasury Management and Payments solutions
• Basic sales and new business development skills
• Good client service and relationship skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology
