Customer Service And Operations Specialist

As a Junior Payment Exceptions Agent, you will be part of a dynamic operations team responsible for identifying and resolving payment-related issues. Your role will focus on supporting accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, particularly those requiring manual intervention, including manual invoice creation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English & Polish at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate), both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorting, formulas, tables)
