Client Relationship Consultant 4 (Banker) - Gresham (181st & Glisan), OR

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. You will assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and recommend solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
