Job Description
The Customs Import Specialist will process documents, review shipment status reports, and research customs entry requirements. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree, experience in import trafficking, and strong communication and organization skills.
Requirements
- Four-year BS/BA degree preferred
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) - Compliance diploma preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service duties
- 2 years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on a team and leadership experience
