Requirements
- Serve as point of contact for customer laundry service needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer preferences and laundry holds/releases
- Proactively identify and resolve service issues to maintain strong customer relationships
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with laundry service providers
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain accurate vendor contact documentation
