Requirements
- Hybrid Mastery: deep expertise in physical product design (materials, CMF, manufacturing processes) combined with a strong understanding of digital product design (configurator logic, 3D visualization, system-level architecture).
- Strategic Authority: systems thinker who can translate high-level vision into pragmatic decisions.
- Leadership Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in product or industrial design, including at least 5 years leading design teams or design direction at scale.
- Data & Insight Fluency: proficient in synthesizing design research and using data to inform decisions without losing the 'soul' of the product.
- Communication & Language: full professional proficiency in English (C1+).
