Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 1st shift production team at our Marinette, Wisconsin site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and operating assigned areas of production, managing EHS compliance, production quality metrics, and direct labor personnel development.

Requirements

• BS Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• 3+ years progressive experience in supervision
• Project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma and 5S
• Experience in manufacturing operations
• Technical skills: lead and direct teams, manage complex projects, strong communication skills, skilled in Microsoft Office and Lean/5S implementation
