Job Description
The Technical Writer will create, update, and write user documentation, requirements, design specifications, and more. This is a 6-month contract position based in Richmond, Virginia. The role requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Experience developing process flows, methods and procedures, functional requirement documentation
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, VISIO)
- Knowledge of business process development and improvement
- Previous experience in external customer-facing technical support
