The ideal candidate will drive candidate pipelines and build brand awareness.

Requirements

• Abiliity to undertake a full-cycle recruiting to have a well-rounded view
• Source potential candidates through online channels and build talent pipelines
• Plan interview and selection procedures (screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews)
• Knowledge of Profiling tools (Myers-Briggs, DISC, PEAKS, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
